WHAT IS THE NEW EAST-WEST 15º SOLARBLOC®?
In an East-West 15º orientation, half of the panels of our installation are oriented towards the East and the other half towards the West according to the “Delta wing” configuration, a concept imported from the aeronautical industry and which is very similar to the traditional “gable” concept used in construction. This type of configuration is particularly suitable for flat roofs such as those of buildings, industrial buildings, etc., although not exclusively.
SOLAR RADIATION DURING THE MORNING AND MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE DURING THE AFTERNOON.
ADVANTAGES:
- The distribution of production is more regular.
- A gabled distribution of the solar panels also makes it possible to increase the total number of panels on the roof.
- The east-west 15º orientation has an additional way of increasing the effectiveness of the photovoltaic system.
- The east-west 15º configuration makes the PV system more aerodynamic.
- Less counterweight is required to anchor the solar panels to the roof.
